Download the standalone installer from curseforge.com/download, run it, pick Minecraft when the app opens, and click Install on any modpack. The app installs the right mod loader and every mod for you.
Install Fabric, add Iris and Sodium to your mods folder, drop a shader pack zip into the shaderpacks folder, then turn it on under Options, Video Settings, Shader Packs. The whole job takes about ten minutes.
